- Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service to receive a refund. For personalized video services, cancellations and refunds are not available once the video production process has begun. We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, and in such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Video and Content Services
- Personalization: For personalized services (e.g., videos, messages), you will be asked to provide specific details, such as names, events, or preferences. Please ensure the information is accurate, as changes cannot be made after production has started.
- Delivery: Videos will be delivered electronically via email or a secure download link. Please allow sufficient time for video production, particularly during busy periods. Delivery times will be communicated at the time of booking.
- License: By purchasing a video or personalized message, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not distribute, copy, or modify the content for commercial use without express written permission from Santa Papa John.
In-Person Appearances
Santa Papa John offers in-person appearances in select areas. The terms for such appearances include:
- Location and Travel: Santa Papa John is based in Minnesota, and additional travel fees may apply for events outside of the local area. Specific travel and location details will be discussed during the booking process.
- Conduct: While Santa Papa John strives to create a magical experience, we reserve the right to leave an event if any inappropriate or unsafe behavior occurs, with no refund provided.
